Bus drivers and services

Recently, I find that the bus services are improving. The drivers takes initiative to greet the passengers. But there is a pity that the passengers do not return the greeting and in fact some do take it for granted or shocked. Why are you shocked, in school, you have learnt how to greet your teacher..

I come across this bus driver, he will constantly remind the passenger to be on their seat even when they reach their destination. His action is considerate especially towards the elderly, he afraid they might fall when the bus is moving. 2nd example, another bus driver will make sure that the passengers are well-seated before he will move off the bus.

Sometimes, I am unable to board the bus and some bus drivers do their best to ask the passengers to move further in but some of passengers are like statues, they simply do not move at all. Some did not notice that others have move is because they are too engross in listening their MP3. Some do not even want to move at all even there is a passage for them to move further in..

Most of the passengers would carry bags, i would suggest if you are considerate enough, you can hold the handbag or schoolbag where there is space to allow your bag to be place so that do not obstruct the other passengers who want to move in the passageway, this will allow more passengers to board the bus. Think if you are the one who cannot board the bus, you will hope that the passengers could move further in especially when you are at a rush in time.

We need to cooperate with the bus drivers so that we are able to have a much happier journey along the way.
I believe that anyone of you would met the same situation whereby you are not able to board the bus due to some non-automatic people to move in and there is still a lot of space behind the bus. This is very frustrating. Then we will blame on the bus company, the government etc but not ourselves.

Definitely, I don't denied that the bus company system is still not good enough. I believe the bus company should have a system to monitor the passenger carriage capacity, then you can arrange a better bus service with larger capacity at that particular time slot to carry more passengers. Please consider whether your system should further improve to cater better and friendlier service..And not just keep raising the bus fare. Think who are those people taking the bus, you should know better, the middle and lower income families or families who just manage to afford the bus fare.
