Violence Games

Just now on my way back from Bugis, there was a little girl from JC doing the survey. Her topic was on violence game. I am curious to find out how many of the parents in Singapore would want their children to play the violent game. Will this have any impact on the growing up child?

Personal opinion, no matter what games you play, everyone will think of itself first. Adults will always afraid that their children may turn stray when they play violence games. But the adults are playing political games too. Strategically playing. Especially those who have their ways to play "Taiji" games everywhere, there are such adults. Violence may happen when both parties are unable to tolerate anymore.

Therefore, when those parents playing this type of games, have the parents ever think about will their children learnt from them instead. Therefore, those computer violence games compare to the adults' games is not comparable.

Of course, I do not encourage children playing violence games. This will be no good for their well being.
If there's chance for any of you playing the Maplesea game, free game online, observe the children or adults, look at their selfishness. They are only playing games in digital world and they can reflect their character.
Selfishness=Big Self=Bully=Violence...
What will happen to the world when they turn into the character they play games in the digital world..

hahahaha....

Adults playing office politics are not seen by their children at home. It is subjective as they may not show their true color at home. Is true that some parents didn't give the children good upbringing and moral values. It is sad, they shouldn't have children in the 1st place.
I guess at the end of the day, it depend on the growing-up character as well. 1 example, under the same parent teaching, my siblings are very subtle and always back off in difficult situation while I turn violent 80% of the time. Also, my parents and siblings are very hardworking towards work while I m the only lazy bum always scheming to skive.

Thanks for the anonymous comment.
refer to the comments, yes it is really depends on the character of the person.

It may not be in the office politics, anywhere there is politics due to selfishness in individuals. Me 2 as well.

It may be too idealistic for me to have this blog for those what I have blogging all the while. I understand each and individuals had his/her own ways of doing the things for certain purpose.

Most importantly, always put yourself in other people's shoes when you want to ask someone for help and to do the task you want, else do it yourself.
Then there will be less politics among people

To the second anonymous comment, may I ask you how do the violence comes about.
For example, there are two types of people, educated and non-educated.
Educated people are more polite in handling things, basically they have laws to reduce or solve the politics between the involving parties. Non-educated people would start fight(violence) when they have politics to solve the problem because they may or may not know what is called laws.

By the way, the parents should worry for their own children and not me..

In this society, I cannot do the change. Each family had its own set of problem.

Hope that Singapore will be able to continue and prosperous the harmonious relationship where younger generations will understand what is share and care(consideration).

Aggression is a self defensive ability in built in all animals. if u keep suppressing aggression within you it is going to be like blowing up an air balloon. i dare not imagine the consequences when that balloon bursts. what is wrong with a channel to let off some steam?

Violent games and parents playing politcal games... seems quite unrelated rite??

Anyway violent games are way over-represented in the media. Violent games make violent people? PLEASE... there are millions of people committing violent acts in this free Earth, and none of them play videogames.

hi anoymous towards aggression,
I shall say there's nothing wrong to let off the steam.

That true we do have some animals's intrinsic characteristics, but do not forget, we are human. We understand what is emotional control. If you keep giving yourself excuse on aggression is built in yourself, you will become aggressive when you are being pushed(bully). That's why some people say an eye for an eye, "fight" may arise.

Comments from slasher, how do you know they did not play violence games. I saying this cos by looking at all countries's society.
It may not be violence games makes violence people but they had come across those games even movies, they may do something just a spilt second of thoughts when being provoke by others.

Games are just games, but how many people take it seriously during playing and how many do have sportmanship when you lose a set of games???

How many parents would want their children to play violence games and why if they do not want???

Slasher, I watch news on the taiwan political games. Why are they fighting one another in the parliament??

Does this answer your question,
isn't the political games related to "violence games"..

They should be considered as educated people, why could they react in such a manner..

This is a show to me in this world..hahhaaha..

Perhaps they really did not play violence games but it is just intrinic animal "character"..

human ah human ah.. hahahaha

Politics is not a game and a country is not a playground. I don't understand why you refer Politics as a game and I can't see the relation between Violence in video games and Politics.

It is "violence in games" or "violent games", not "violence games"
